APPLY FOR A WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (WWCC)

To ensure that we create the safest possible environment for our children, we require every team member over 18 years old, to get a Working With Children Check (WWCC) if their ministry involves direct contact with children. This is also a requirement by law.

Your Ministry Leader will be able to advise you on whether you are required to have a WWCC.

If you have a current WWCC, you will need to go on the WWCC website to include Encompass Church as an organisation under your current WWCC. If you need to apply for one, please follow the steps below to apply. 
 

HOW TO APPLY

1. Follow the link below or visit https://service.vic.gov.au/services/working-with-children to view the online application form.
2. Select 'Start Application'
3. Select Volunteer Application (there is no fee for a volunteer application)
4. Enter your Personal contact details
5. Enter Organisation details:
    Organisation Name: Encompass Church
    Postal Address: PO Box 1070, Bundoora, 3083
    Phone Number: 9467 6777
    Occupational Work Code: 64 – Religious Organization
6. Once you have finished, print the application form and bring it to a post office along with supporting proof of identity documents and a passport photo. Once you have submitted your application, you should receive an email confirming your submission.
7. Please forward a copy of your confirmation email to ntuuci@encompass.org.au as proof of your submission.
